Central bank has printed only 10 million commemorative notes, that can be bought for 100 baht at all banks

A number of people have been waiting in lines in front of commercial banks on Wednesday’s morning to buy the 60-Baht commemorative banknotes on the auspicious occasion of late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 60th Birth Anniversary (1987) and the 100-Baht commemorative banknotes on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Thai Banknotes (2002).
